Joseph Valencia, CPA will play a key role in Kalos' growth and his addition to our team will help us offer our clients the edge they seek in a boutique-level firm.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a distinction in Accounting from the University of Calgary, Joseph Valencia, CPA also has completed Levels I and II of the Chartered Business Valuators certification. He is also working on his MBA at the Haskayne School of Business. Joseph has a wealth of knowledge that will be essential for Kalos' growth.

🎉 Our team keeps growing with the arrival of Joseph Valencia, CPA as our new Associate Director! Joseph is another Big 4 alumni who is a CPA and holds Financial Modeling and Renewable Energy Project Finance Modeling certifications. He has experience in financial accounting and corporate finance to evaluate and advise on potential deals, and has a background working in renewable energy investments. Joseph will be pivotal in helping expand our services and expertise at Kalos. Welcome to our team, Joseph!

Stefan will contribute in Kalos across various stages of the M&A lifecycle including transaction diligence, while also engaging in pre-LOI, SPA, post-close transaction support, and valuation and financial modeling. We can't wait to see the fantastic deals we'll close together!

In addition to his due diligence experience, Stefan served in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Armour Officer from 2013 to 2020. We're happy to count on his skills and experience, and know he'll play a fundamental role in Kalos' future growth.
