👩💼 At the end of January, JED Consulting hosted its 2nd annual Women in Consulting conference at the McGill Faculty Club, bringing together 100+ participants and 10 firms! 💪 Chaired by Katie Chao, with support from the WIC Coords and Committee, the conference hosted 4 workshops, 4 panels, and a group case crack. Participants had the opportunity to network with both firm representatives and each other, creating a strong female led support system while learning more about female leadership and the consulting industry. 🤝 We would like to thank our partner firms, Accenture, Accuracy, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), EY, Huron, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Monitor Deloitte, and PwC for their participation and support in the conference as well as our sponsors #mcgillalumni, David’s Tea, and Innisfree. 🙌 Last month, on September 12th, JED Consulting, along with MSBN Consulting and BSN hosted the third annual Being Black in Consulting event! Bringing together 60+ participants, 30 firm reps, and 12 firms, this event was a huge success! 🫶 We would like to thank the firms in attendance: Accenture, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Capital One, CGI, Deloitte, EY, IBM, McKinsey & Company, Oliver Wyman, Procter & Gamble, and PwC.
