👩💼 At the end of January, JED Consulting hosted its 2nd annual Women in Consulting conference at the McGill Faculty Club, bringing together 100+ participants and 10 firms! 💪 Chaired by Katie Chao, with support from the WIC Coords and Committee, the conference hosted 4 workshops, 4 panels, and a group case crack. Participants had the opportunity to network with both firm representatives and each other, creating a strong female led support system while learning more about female leadership and the consulting industry. 🤝 We would like to thank our partner firms, Accenture, Accuracy, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), EY, Huron, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Monitor Deloitte, and PwC for their participation and support in the conference as well as our sponsors #mcgillalumni, David’s Tea, and Innisfree.
