Role Description This is a contract remote role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at FirstHx. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and organizational support to select senior executives, managing all elements of digital communications with professionalism, and utilizing strong communication skills on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Executive Administrative Assistance experience Strong Coordination and Communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High level of proficiency in office/business solutions: Office Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.  Project Management: Notion, Trello, Monday.com.  Communication: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom.  File Management: SharePoint, Google Drive, DocuSign.  CRM & Data Tools: Pipedrive, HubSpot, Excel.  Personal Organization: Notion, Evernote, Calendly.  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field a bonus Why Join Us?  Be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking leadership team.
