We were thrilled to host the Career Panel: Exploring a Career in Consulting Engineering at the University of Toronto, bringing students valuable insights into the dynamic world of consulting engineering. Thank you to our incredible panelists Navan C. (Entuitive), Pricilla Moore (GEMTEC Consulting Engineers & Scientists Limited), and Jessica Stapleton (Tatham Engineering) for sharing their experiences, and to Tiffany Sun Dela Cruz (RJC Engineers) for moderating the discussion. A special thanks to the Engineering Career Centre at UofT for providing the space and opportunity to connect with future engineers. Entuitive served as the Structural Engineer for Novus Textura, bringing this vibrant, large-scale public art installation to life in downtown Calgary. Working closely with artists and collaborators, our team tackled a range of unique challenges, from LIDAR scanning and finite element modeling to wind and snow load assessments and parametric design. We developed custom scripts, detailed 3D models, and innovative attachment strategies to ensure the installation was both structurally sound and true to the artistic vision. York Woods Library in Toronto reopened to the public in July 2023 after completing extensive renovations to both its interior and exterior spaces. Entuitive was proud to provide structural engineering services for the renovation, which includes a new social space for the community and a new 2,000 ft² glass entrance pavilion. The new wing at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Centre includes flexible spaces called Discovery Hubs, which are fit for collaborative, knowledge-sharing and interdisciplinary research. On April 2nd, Green Building Project Manager Joel Dilling, B.Sc., LEED AP BD-C, ENV SP will be presenting at the CSCE National Tech Talk's live webinar, "Envision in Action: Eglinton Elevated Guideway & Samuel De Champlain Bridge".    Alongside Hélène Dubé, they will discuss how the Envision framework enhances sustainability in infrastructure projects.
