🌟 A Heartfelt Thank You to the Municipality of Clarington 🌟 The City of Peterborough extends its deepest gratitude to the Municipality of Clarington for exemplifying community spirit and dedication to public service. Your team is onsite now assisting us with the cleanup efforts following last weekend's severe ice storm. An incredible group of dedicated arborists serving others! From March 28 to 30, 2025, Peterborough experienced a significant ice storm that led to widespread power outages and hazardous conditions due to downed power lines, 1000+ trees, and tree limbs. The City declared a state of emergency on March 30, 2025, and recovery efforts are expected to extend over several weeks/months. Clarington’s response and generosity will profoundly impact and benefit our community. Your support is not only providing practical assistance but has also uplifted our spirits during this challenging time. We are sincerely grateful for your kindness and solidarity. Thank you Lee-Ann Reck, Jennifer Smith and the community of Clarington for being a beacon of hope and compassion. Together, we will overcome this adversity and emerge stronger. We are forever appreciative of your partnership. Jasbir Raina, CEng., M.Tech, MBA, PMP, MIAM.
