More airlines are now live with the new common-use SmartBag system at Heathrow, including Aer Lingus, Finnair, Tianjin Airlines Company Ltd., and Air India Limited to name a few! We are excited to announce Brock Solutions’ 2025 SmartSuite Users Group will be held on October 16th in Kitchener, Ontario! We had an amazing Users Group last year, and we look forward to making this year even bigger and better. The Users Group Meeting is an invite-only event that provides a forum for SmartSuite users and Brock development teams to exchange knowledge, share ideas, and network with industry peers. Our crew of 20 stair-climbing superheroes crushed it on Saturday, April 5th at the 2025 CN Tower Climb for Nature🐼💪 In support of @wwfcanada, our employees stepped up—literally—to protect wildlife, conversation, and the plant. Brock Solutions is excited to announce the successful launch of the Heathrow AOC (Airline Operators Committee) common-use SmartBag at Heathrow! The first two flights with Cathay Pacific and Middle East Airlines - Air Liban, handled seamlessly by dnata, departed fully loaded and on-time. But this is just the beginning. Over the next month, 70 more airlines flying out of Heathrow will transition to SmartBag! By enabling a common-use environment, SmartBag ensures: ✅ Standardized baggage handling across all airlines and ground handlers ✅ Real-time tracking and visibility for more efficient operations ✅ Fewer mishandled bags and smoother passenger experiences This milestone is a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation. A great day on the ice for a great cause! 🏒 The Annual Brock Hockey Classic was back again and it never disappoints. Our teams came together for some friendly competition, all in support of Donna's Kids: The Donna Weber Sponsored Children's Program. We were able to raise over $11,700 to help children in Waterloo Region play hockey regardless of their family's financial situation. Thanks to everyone who hit the ice and cheered from the stands at this year’s Brock Classic. #LifeAtBrock #BrockClassic
