SD Worx has published their financial results for the full year of 2024. SD Worx achieved a consolidated revenue of EUR 1.180 billion, marking an 11.6% increase compared to 2023. The consolidated adjusted EBITDA grew 28.2% from EUR 181.6 million in 2023 to EUR 232.7 million in 2024. Gimv records strong interim results and starts preparations for a potential capital increase to support the acceleration of its growth ambitions and value creation plans. WorxInvest commits to fully support the strategy of Gimv and has indicated its intention to participate pro-rata in this rights issue by exercising all of its subscription rights.
