Since the EU AI Act came into force on August 1, 2024, we’ve seen a massive shift in AI education across Europe: 📊 +1,100% increase in AI course enrolments on Coursera among European employees. 🤖 Generative AI is now the fastest-growing job skill, with an 866% year-over-year enrolment surge among enterprise learners. 🔝 The National Event of LivAI project in Spain was a huge success!   The event “Energizing Adult Education with Artificial Intelligence” brought experts in ethics and education, specialists in Artificial Intelligence applied to learning, and representatives from education and business to discuss data privacy, equity in access to digital learning and certification of competencies in AI and Big Data.    ▪️ Patrici Calvo Cabezas - “Algorithmic teaching: ethical challenges of the application and use of IAGen in education”. ▪️ Alex Martínez Martínez- “Artificial Intelligence in Education: Challenges and Potential of Recommender Systems”. ▪️ Laura Bernal-Sánchez - “Problems in Paradise?
