Estonia has adopted lump-sum payments for LEADER in the 2023–2027 programming period and is already applying this simplified cost option in practice! 💶🌍 Since early 2023, Estonian Local Action Groups have implemented nearly 80 lump-sum projects – mostly supporting small-scale investments and community-driven activities. The approach is helping to reduce administrative burden while maintaining strong local engagement. The Farming Lab project brought together young peatland farmers and agri-tech experts to test over 30 cutting-edge agricultural technologies in the unique conditions of the Finnish province of Northern Ostrobothnia. 💡 The goal?
