Een goed opgebouwd flexibel verloningsplan is meer dan alleen een extraatje – het is een strategisch instrument om medewerkers tevreden te houden en te binden aan uw organisatie.   Uit onderzoek van SD Worx blijkt dat organisaties in 2025 niet alleen focussen op het welzijn van medewerkers (28%), maar ook een groeiende nood voelen om te investeren in employee experience en engagement (23%) en compensatie en voordelen (22%). Vooral binnen ICT-bedrijven wordt het steeds crucialer om medewerkers niet alleen aan te trekken, maar ook te behouden door in te zetten op een sterke beleving, betrokkenheid en een aantrekkelijk loon- en voordelenpakket.   Toch wordt één cruciaal element vaak over het hoofd gezien: de rol van ICT.  In België wil 51% van de werknemers inspraak in hun loonpakket. Via SD Worx doen al 100.000 werknemers dat via een cafetariaplan. ICT wint daarbij aan belang: 16% kiest voor multimedia als voordeel. Vooral upgrades van smartphones en extra laptops zijn populair. Tot vandaag moesten we het stilhouden, maar nu mogen we het van de daken schreeuwen. Apetrots zijn we! Dat we de enige Apple-partner worden voor het Katholiek onderwijsnetwerk in Vlaanderen. Via DOKO, waar alle scholen en ouders van het netwerk iPads, MacBooks kopen, huren of leasen.   Zo, het hoge woord is eruit. Maar wat betekent dit? Wij mogen Apple-materiaal leveren, implementeren én financieren voor 935.000 leerlingen en 2.400 scholen. En dat voor de komende 4 jaar.   Scholen krijgen naar aanleiding van “digisprong 2.0” naar verwachting minder geld van de overheid. Daarop heeft DOKO geanticipeerd. Daarom zal het belang van “Bring your own device” toenemen. 👉 scholen kunnen Apple hardware en accessoires huren of leasen via de nieuwe raamovereenkomst 👉 ouders kunnen eveneens Apple toestellen kopen of huren 👉 de scholen hoeven zich nergens zorgen over te maken dankzij de diensten, de 'portal'   Dit is geen toeval. De eerste CSRD-rapporten liggen op tafel. Maar wat moet je er eigenlijk écht mee? Voor veel organisaties is het een uitdaging om te begrijpen wat er precies in staat — en nog meer om er strategisch over te praten met hun CFO. De nieuwe EU-wetgeving rond duurzaamheidsrapportage transformeert hoe bedrijven hun milieu-, sociale en governance-prestaties moeten documenteren.
