We believe in going the extra mile. Not just for our passengers, community and partners, but also for meaningful causes. That is why we are proud to support the Demoucelle Parkinson Charity, an organisation dedicated to Parkinson’s research and awareness. Today, we celebrate an important step towards more sustainable logistics at Brussels Airport with the launch of the first retrofitted electric truck. Together with Minister of Mobility Annick De Ridder and our partners, we proudly support this innovative initiative. The truck, converted from diesel to electric by our partner e-TROVA, will be operated by Ninatrans in our cargo zone. As an airport, we are fully committed to supporting and accelerating the transition to greener ground operations, and this milestone is a great example of that ambition.

  • 10 years ago, on March 24 2015, our Connector was officially inaugurated. The brand new, bright and spacious connection between Gate A and the terminal welcomed its first passengers. As one of #brusselsairport’s largest investments, Connector transformed the passenger experience, making it smoother and more comfortable, with 25 screening lanes, panoramic tarmac views, an expansive walk-through shop, and of course, the iconic Tintin rocket.   A decade later, it remains a highlight of many passing through Brussels Airport. Here’s to the next 10 years!
