exciting news from Brussels Airport! We have been awarded the architectural design for the expansion of the Safran building at Brussels Airport, commissioned by Brussels Airport Company. The project includes 12,000 sqm of warehouse space, 3,000 sqm of office space & a 10,000 m² parking tower. We are responsible for the architectural design & site supervision, while M-gineers handles the structural & technical studies. Together, we are shaping a functional & sustainable building that will further enhance Brussels Airport’s logistics infrastructure. Because many of you may know Laurent Van Damme, we want to inform you that he has decided to spend more time with his family after 20 years of dedicated service at Assar. Laurent was one of our lead designers and an exceptional specialist in healthcare design. His optimism was contagious, and his advocacy for the preservation of a designer's drawing skills was truly inspiring. He will always be a part of our team, as his philosophies remain embedded within our culture, thanks to his mentorship and diverse collaborations. We have captured his legacy in a personal portfolio of all the projects he has contributed to (which is A LOT). Thank you, Laurent, for your years of contribution.
