With a focus on the quality of public space Turf Design Studio worked with CHROFI to develop an inviting ground plane at Warrawong in the Illawarrra, that weaves together a network of pedestrian through site links, public green spaces, and intimate and unique moments of rest, retail, or gathering.
High quality housing is surrounded by levels of green space, with the ground level, first floor retail level, podiums and rooftops planted with endemice flora. Retail and hospitality spaces will both benefit from the proposed public domain network that will create an inviting setting for visitors, residents and workers.
Thank you to Elanor Investors Group for supporting the vision, our second major rezoning with this team.
Exciting news for Illawarra locals! Warrawong Plaza looks set for an upgrade following the approval of new planning controls. 🙌
