It will comprise of two buildings of four and five storeys, with 12 luxury apartments and 32 boutique hotel suites. The development aims to preserve Paddington’s character while reinvesting in the prominent retail strip of shops fronting Given Terrace. Arcadia’s landscape design for the project aims to create a unique identity for the development that reflects Paddington’s rich cultural heritage. A blend of private and communal spaces has been incorporated, offering residents both larger gathering areas and more intimate settings. Congratulations to everyone who is working on this project. Beautiful new photography the Queanbeyan Civic and Cultural Precinct. The landmark $74 million project provides links to The Q Performing Arts Centre and Bicentennial Hall and draws together a new library, public domain, community meeting spaces and facilities, basement parking, and a new head office for council staff. Arcadia’s landscape design interprets the journey of the Queanbeyan River with water-themed paving woven throughout all spaces, creating a sensory water story as people move through the precinct. Designed for 18-hour activation, the space brings people together for everyday amenity, community events and cultural performances. Congratulations to everyone who worked on this project. Arcadia is excited to share beautiful new imagery of The Witton by Mosaic, a luxury apartment development with sustainability at its core, bordered by river, city, and hinterland. Working closely with Rothelowman and Mosaic Property Group, Arcadia has created a superb rooftop recreation and entertaining level featuring an infinity-edge pool, relaxation lawns, 175m perimeter walking track, lounges, barbeques, dining areas, and magnificent city, river and hinterland views. Care was taken to restore the Indigenous vegetation of the site on the ground level and existing swale, while the rooftop planting is a sculptured palette of individually selected species to create interest with a variety of colour and forms. Congratulations to all who worked on the project! Client: Mosaic Property Group Key Collaborators: Rothelowman Indigenous Nation: Jagera/Turrbal Photography: Mitchell Kemp Nathan Clausen

It was an inspirational couple of days at the UDIA National Congress 2025 in Brisbane. The Arcadia team enjoyed listening to industry experts share their insights on the changing geopolitical and economic power, placemaking and the importance of parks as part of our healthcare system and addressing the skills and productivity decline. With its stunning backdrop of Sydney Harbour, Barangaroo Station Park was designed as a significant and interconnecting piece of Barangaroo public domain. The park has created an accessible green space planted with 170 trees, ferns and shrubs, using mostly native species, to increase biodiversity in the urban environment. The centrepiece of Barangaroo Station Park is the interpretive seating made from precast white concrete, seeded with oyster shells collected within the Sydney Basin, which celebrates the Nawi Cove’s traditional use by Gadigal peoples as a fishing ground. Arcadia’s landscape design response required consultation and collaboration with a multitude of stakeholders, including local Elders and First Nations Knowledge Holders to find meaningful opportunities to instill the site’s heritage and Indigenous culture through artwork and interpretation. Congratulations to everyone who worked on this project.
