This year’s theme, March Forward for ALL Women and Girls, calls for equal opportunities for women of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences to thrive. At SeaLink Marine & Tourism, 42.32% of our workforce is female, with women holding 35.85% of senior management roles—exceeding our organisational goal of 30% and we continue working to increase participation and opportunities for women. ✅ Deepa KC K C began her career with us as a Steward before quickly moving into reservations—a role that matched her passion for hospitality. Through dedication and the support of training and mentorship, she progressed to Reservations Manager at Sydney Harbour, where she now leads with confidence. Deepa’s journey showcases the opportunities available for women in the industry and how passion, dedication, and support can pave the way for leadership success.
