Is Australia’s property market showing signs of strength in April 2025? House prices rose 0.3% in March, pushing the national average to $912,551, while apartment values also increased by 0.3% to $681,635. Despite challenges in affordability, supply constraints continue to support price growth, keeping values well above previous peaks. With a recent interest rate cut by the RBA and new housing measures in the 2025 federal budget, there’s potential for even stronger market activity ahead. Thinking about your next move? Now could be the perfect time... Tap here to read the latest insights: https://ow.ly/gSrI50VAyWg #RayWhite #RayWhiteNow

While most of Australia’s rental markets are finally catching a break, Brisbane’s still feeling the heat. More people moving in, not enough homes going up, and way too few tradies to keep up, it's a lot. Things are easing in other cities, but Brissie’s on its own path (again). Let’s unpack what’s really going on. Click here to read now: https://ow.ly/esxr50VzoLi

Last week the Sydney Swans held our first partnership event hosting some of our network members for an unforgettable evening. The evening included a behind the scenes tour of the inner sanctum as well as a fireside chat with CEO Tom Harley and COO Drew Arthurson. This marks the beginning of a journey where we’ll learn from the Swans’ culture, both inside and outside the industry. #WeBringTheWholeTeam #RayWhite #SydneySwans #AFL

Ray White Centenary, led by Cameron Crouch, Principal of Ray White Sherwood, is a mark of an expanding presence into Brisbane's western suburbs. Cameron and his team will bring their expertise, service, and auction skills to the nine Centenary suburbs. “We’ve been planning this move for years,” said Cameron, highlighting the strong connection between Sherwood and Centenary. “Ray White has a long history in the Centenary area, with one of the group’s first franchise offices. Given how much our market already overlaps with Centenary, this expansion was the logical next step.” The Centenary suburbs offer a wide range of properties, from high-end homes to family-friendly options, all within a strong community. With 50% of buyers in Corinda and Oxley coming from Centenary, this move is a natural fit. The team is recruiting top agents and preparing for major auction events to boost the market. Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew believes Cameron and his team are the ideal leaders for this important market. “They are ready to be the best in Centenary.” Read more about this expansion here: https://ow.ly/ZJ9M50Vx5Gh #RayWhite
