Over the last week, RayGen and SLB were delighted to host our partner Alfa Laval at our HQ and manufacturing facility in Melbourne and at our flagship Solar Hydro plant in Carwarp. We took a deep dive into the design of heat exchangers across our solar and long duration energy storage technology. The design optimization of heat exchangers for both cost and performance is a critical element in successfully delivering our technology into a growing pipeline of large-scale projects. To meet this objective, none are better placed than the team at Alfa Laval - Rolf Christensen, Maria Navasa, Christian Kempe, Mandy Cao, RAJARSHI DHAR, Alasdair Maciver, Maryam Nahid, Evgeny R., Paul Cirillo and Paul Tuckwell, given their innovative and collaborative approach paired with their exceptional depth of expertise in the design and manufacturing of heat exchangers. Thanks to the Alfa Laval team for their outstanding support and partnership! Richard Payne Sean Baker Sam Carter Neil Faragher Liam Fechner

'Collaboration and partnerships are critical elements to enable RayGen to successfully scale our technology', says our CEO Richard Payne. Check out this video to see how we partnered with Alfa Laval in deploying their plate heat exchangers at our Carwarp Solar Power Plant.
We are proud of our ongoing partnership with Australian cleantech company RayGen to accelerate the energy transition, by utilizing our extensive experience in thermal and mechanical design for optimum and reliable thermal performance. Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers were used by RayGen Resources to optimize energy efficiency and system design when building the world’s first PV Ultra and Electro Thermal Storage power plant located in Victoria, Australia. ☀️ RayGen Resources’ solar power technology and renewable energy storage breakthroughs in PV Ultra and Electro Thermal Storage technology capture sunlight using mirrors and store energy in water using the economics of pumped hydro and the flexibility of batteries, with energy stored as hot and cold water, to provide dispatchable renewable electricity on demand. 💧🔋 Listen to Alfa Laval’s Maryam Nahid and RayGen Resources CEO Richard Payne discuss the partnership. #AlfaLaval #PioneeringPositiveImpact #CleanTech #EnergyTransition #RenewableEnergy #SolarPower #EnergyStorage #Innovation #Partnership
