Description: PPK Group (ASX: PPK) is a diversified investment company with interests in a range of highly prospective and innovative technologies with broad application and high growth potential. The company’s investments are at various stage of development and commercialisation and includes businesses with interests in batteries, ballistic armour, and boron nitride nanotubes (BNNTs). PPK’s major investments include: BNNT Technology Ltd BNNT is leading the world in the development, manufacture and commercialisation of Boron Nitride Nanotubes (BNNT’s). BNNT’s have extraordinary mechanical properties and are considered the world’s strongest and most advanced fibre and offer significant material benefits in aviation, automotive, space travel, power generation, batteries, electronics and defence. PPK acquired a 50% interest in BNNT Technology Ltd in March 2019. Craig International Ballistics Ltd Craig International Ballistics (CIB) is a leading supplier of body armour to the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and Police Forces. PPK holds a 45% interest in CIB. Li-S Energy Pty Ltd Li-S is planning to use BNNT’s to overcome three major hurdles in the commercialisation of Lithium Sulphur batteries. PPK holds a 58% interest in Li-S Energy.

Land Forces 2024 Wrap-Up. Thanks to all of our customers, suppliers and industry who visited our LF24 display in Melbourne last week, to discuss our ballistic protection products. In particular, it was our pleasure to demonstrate and discuss our latest products, innovations, and investments in our sovereign manufacturing capabilities with Lieutenant General Simon Stuart, AO DSC, Chief of Army Australia. CIB has now proudly supplied the Australian Defence Force with ballistic protection for over two decades. Thanks again to the Department of State Development and Infrastructure and Defence Jobs Queensland, for having us on the Queensland Government stand, Queensland certainly had some amazing SME's demonstrating their capabilities.
