Fresh perspectives fuel growth. After a week of grad orientations, one thing is clear, new graduates continue to raise the bar. Their curiosity, bold thinking, and willingness to challenge ideas make them a powerful force in any organisation. At Phuel, we believe learning never stops, and these grads reminded us why embracing fresh perspectives is just as valuable as experience. Big thanks to the teams at TAL, Westpac, and Lendlease for making these sessions happen!

They say experience makes you better. But after a week of grad orientations, it’s undoubtable that fresh perspectives do too. I’ve had the pleasure of spending the majority of this last week with new graduates across different industries, and year on year they seem to be raising the bar. I was struck by their curiosity, the way they challenged ideas and asked bold questions. Their willingness to be vulnerable, share openly, and lean into learning stood out. And above all, they weren’t afraid to give things a go, even when it was uncomfortable. Big thanks to Hugh Mclean (TAL), Tina Rowlinson and Natalie G. (Westpac) and finally Natalie Perossa and Janice Tsang (Lendlease) for making it all happen. Phuel #gradorientation #learning #grads
