⚠️Mind the Gap: What the Gender Pay Gap Reveals About Workplace Equity 💼   The Workplace Gender Equality Agency results are in: three in four Australian companies pay men more than women, with women earning $28,425 less annually on average.📉😮   Though companies under 100 employees like OCRT aren't required to report, we believe in transparency. As Australia's average gender pay gap reaches 21.8% (outside WGEA's -5% to +5% "target range"), we're monitoring ours monthly and currently stand at -8.9%.📊✨   Yes, you read that correctly. Our female team members earn more on average than their male counterparts. While this represents another type of gap, it reflects our commitment to recognising talent regardless of gender.
