We’re proud to support a Northern Territory-based program helping neurodivergent young people gain skills, confidence, and experience in the ICT industry. Delivered by YouthWorX NT and funded by Google, this initiative provides hands-on training, industry mentoring, and real-world work placements, often leading to permanent roles in the industry. NEC has been involved since the program's early stages – offering guidance, hosting participants, and helping create pathways to employment. We’d like to recognise the work of Michelle Barton and the entire YouthWorx NT team for their commitment to supporting young people across the Territory, and for creating a space where different kinds of thinking are embraced and celebrated.
