Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine pursuing my first startup at the age of 19! 🚀 From practicing the pitch at University of Melbourne Park to presenting it at the MLAI event in front of over 100+ people, life has taken some surprising turns. I attended the "How to Start an AI Startup" event by MLAI and Heidi Health on Wednesday. The panel Q&A format featuring Australian AI pioneers was fantastic! Hearing founder stories from YU Liu (Heidi Health), Dr Sam Donegan (Support Sorted), Julian Featherston (HAL Systems), and Andrew Nash (University of Melbourne Commercialisation) provided real insights into what it takes to succeed in the AI space in 2025. I really enjoyed this event.
