We recently brought together emerging surgical talent and experienced clinicians at The University of Western Australia Anatomy Workshop for a series of immersive, hands-on cadaver labs. Across three sessions, young spine surgeons explored advanced techniques through guided, proctored training. The first session, the Biportal Endoscopic Spine Cadaver Lab, was proctored by Prof Woo-Keun Kwon. It offered an in-depth look at the Joimax endoscopic spine system and hands-on experience with biportal endoscopic spine surgery. This was followed by the ATP and SIJ Young Clinician Lab, a deep dive into the Anterior to Psoas approach and Sacroiliac Joint Fusion, led by Dr Alvin Pun and Mr Sean Molloy. A huge thank you to our expert proctors, participating clinicians, and our valued partners, Stryker, joimax and SI-BONE for helping make this an impactful learning experience. #LifeHealthcare #SSA2025 #SpineSurgery #ClinicalEducation #Joimax #SurgicalTraining *These products are not for sale to the general public

In recent months, LifeHealthcare has continued its commitment to enhancing lives in Australia, New Zealand, and the broader Pacific region. We have actively supported the Orthopaedic Outreach team by sending over four crates of essential surgical supplies and implants to Port Moresby General Hospital in Papua New Guinea. Our teams in Australia and New Zealand have worked effectively with surgical specialists traveling to this location, supported by our highly skilled operational and warehouse teams at LifeHealthcare. Paul Petherbridge, CEO stated, "Our partnerships with healthcare organisations and professionals enable us to extend our impact beyond Australia and New Zealand, ultimately improving patient health outcomes. Our team is equipped with high-quality products and efficient logistics, ensuring timely delivery to these regions. We look forward to receiving feedback on the surgical outcomes for patients in these countries as we strive to make a meaningful difference in their lives." We wish these teams the best as they travel to share their expertise with local healthcare teams and communities. We take pride in being a part of the effort to advance healthcare and create a lasting impact.

Supporting doctors across Australia and New Zealand is at the heart of what we do and the 2025 ANZSNR Annual Scientific Meeting in Perth was a fantastic opportunity to do just that. Our Neurovascular Intervention team joined leading minds in neuroradiology for three days of learning, collaboration, and connection, proudly sharing a stand with our partners at Terumo Neuro. There were great discussions throughout the meeting, from the evolving treatment of stroke and dural AV fistulas to treatment paradigms for distal thrombectomy. A standout moment was Dr Hal Rice’s presentation on flow diversion and aneurysm treatment, reinforcing the rapid innovation happening in our field and the importance of ongoing trials and data. A huge thank you to ANZSNR for hosting such a valuable event. We’re energised by what’s ahead as we continue to support the neurovascular community and deliver better outcomes for patients. #Neurovascular #Strokecare #Neurointervention #ANZSNR2025 #LifeHealthcare THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT FOR SALE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC

Meet the faces behind neurosurgical education, clinical support, and innovation at LifeHealthcare. A dedicated team working alongside healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of patient care. This Brain Awareness Week, we recognise the complexities of the human brain and the specialists committed to improving the lives of patients affected by neurological disorders, diseases and injuries. Some neurological conditions, like Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus (NPH), can be difficult to diagnose, often mimicking Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s with symptoms such as difficulty walking (a short, shuffling gait), cognitive changes, and urinary incontinence. Raising awareness is key. The Brain Foundation offers valuable resources on Hydrocephalus and brain health. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/ge3gJng4 By continuing to innovate, educate, and support healthcare professionals, we can help shape the future of neurosurgery and improve patient outcomes. #BrainAwarenessWeek #Neuroscience #Neurosurgery

International Women's Day isn’t just about recognition. It’s about action. Alongside EBOS MedTech’s wider initiatives, our team joined the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) walk through Macquarie Park, taking real steps (both physically and in conversation) toward improving diversity and inclusion. We know there’s still a long way to go, but conversations, initiatives, and collective efforts like this matter. Thanks to everyone who showed up, spoke up, and contributed.
International Women's Day is more than just a day. It’s a continuous conversation about diversity, inclusion, and the invaluable perspectives that women bring to every table. Across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, EBOS MedTech marked this occasion with a series of events aimed at education, empowerment, and action. We were privileged to hear from Simone Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of UN Women Australia, and Amanda Webb, Chair of the Board at Dress for Success NSW & ACT, who shared powerful insights on gender equality, leadership, and the barriers women continue to face in the workplace. Our teams at LifeHealthcare, Cryomed Aesthetics, Australian Biotechnologies and Transmedic Group came together to make a tangible difference, donating professional attire to Dress for Success, an initiative that helps women re-enter the workforce with confidence. International Women’s Day serves as powerful reminder of the strength, resilience, and diversity women bring to our organisation, today and every day. We know there’s more work to be done, but we’re committed to taking meaningful action to bridge the gender gap.

Huge congratulations to our New Zealand team who took on Round the Bays this weekend! For the second year running, we hit the pavement and came together to embrace community, wellbeing, and teamwork. With a stunning day in Tāmaki Makaurau, the energy was high, the spirit was strong, and a well-earned BBQ was waiting at the finish line! It was incredible to see not just our team but also family and friends joining in—whether walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines. Events like these highlight the importance of prioritising health, wellness, and connection. A big thank you to Stuff and Southern Cross Healthcare for bringing this fantastic event to life. Until next year! #roundthebays #teambuilding #Auckland
