Recently, our #DeviceTechnologies Critical Care team and the team at #Aerogen were thrilled to welcome UK Professor of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Prof Nicholas Hart, to Sydney for an engaging educational dinner and hospital visits to share his knowledge about aerosol drug delivery throughout the patient pathway. As a highly accredited leader in respiratory and critical care medicine, local healthcare professionals enjoyed learning from Prof Hart, who shared his extensive expertise and valuable insights for best practices to help improve patient outcomes. Additionally, the event encouraged meaningful discussions about the past, present and future of aerosol drug delivery, including weaning and prevention, and how it plays a critical role in the treatment and management of exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
