  • Research shows that businesses thrive when they work close together - companies that collaborate in Australia are 70% more likely to develop innovative ideas and 32% more likely to create something entirely new. That’s why the NSW Government is investing in world-class, affordable innovation hubs across the state, spaces designed to bring together entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, and industry leaders to fuel growth and success. Tech Central Sydney spans six square kilometres across Haymarket, Camperdown and South Eveleigh, bringing together major tech companies, leading venture capital funds, top universities and research institutes. • The NSW Government is committed to helping businesses grow and succeed. With programs like the MVP Ventures Program, NSW Biosciences Fund, and Physical Sciences Fund, we’re already supporting startups to turn their ideas into real products and services. But we're not stopping there. We're working to make these programs more accessible and fair for everyone through the NSW Innovation Blueprint, the NSW Government’s plan to help businesses thrive. Take Hysata, a clean energy company based in Port Kembla. With early support from the NSW Government’s Physical Sciences Fund, Hysata has developed an ultra-high-efficiency electrolyser that is redefining the economics of green hydrogen production.    Their breakthrough technology is already exceeding international efficiency targets, making clean hydrogen more affordable and accelerating decarbonisation in industries like steel and chemical manufacturing. This is just one example of how we’re backing game-changing innovations through the NSW Innovation Blueprint. By making funding more accessible, transparent, and targeted, we’re ensuring that the next big breakthrough happens right here in NSW. Developed with the support of the Office of the NSW Chief Scientist & Engineer, the NSW Innovation Blueprint strengthens these funding opportunities, ensuring that businesses can access the support they need.
