  • We’d like to welcome Sharon Ong APD to Harvest B where she’ll be helping bring our better protein solutions to even more customers across Australia. Sharon brings a deep understanding of nutrition and food systems from her time as National Dietitian for Compass Group’s Healthcare division, where she led clinical nutrition strategies across aged care, hospitals and healthcare facilities. She’s a passionate advocate for food that delivers on both health and performance – and she knows how to translate that into real outcomes for clients and communities. At Harvest B and B Strong, we’re on a mission to make great food go further. With Sharon on board, we’re even better placed to support large institutions who need smart, scalable, and nutritious protein options that work in complex operational environments. • We’re thrilled to be part of the Powerhouse Food Producers series – an incredible initiative spotlighting innovation, culture and the future of food. Join us at the Harvest B Foundry in Penrith for an afternoon that brings together food lovers, industry leaders, and curious minds — and be one of the very first to taste our world-first range of B Strong Meats. B Strong Meats is a better kind of protein — made for modern kitchens. It’s more nutritious, goes further on the plate, and delivers everything you expect from meat — taste, texture, and versatility — with none of the trade-offs. This special event is part of the lead-up to the launch of the Vitocco Enterprises Family Kitchen — a 200-seat demonstration kitchen opening in 2026 that will celebrate culinary innovation and cultural connection through food. Big thanks to Xinyi Lim, Food Curator at Powerhouse Parramatta and Program Manager for Vitocco Kitchen - what an amazing program! #BStrongMeats #HarvestB #PowerhouseParramatta #FoodProducersSeries #FutureOfFood #FoodInnovation #FoodTech #VitoccoFamilyKitchen #BetterProtein #SustainableFood #AustralianMade #HospitalityInnovation

  • Today we had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the incredible Julie Gibbs to Harvest B HQ in Surry Hills. A legendary force in Australian publishing, Julie famously led Lantern at Penguin Books, bringing to life iconic cookbooks from some of Australia’s most celebrated chefs — Maggie Beer, Nadine Ingram, Kylie Kwong, David Thompson, and many more. Julie is now spearheading the Australian Culinary Archive, an exciting initiative by Powerhouse, dedicated to capturing the richness of contemporary Australian food culture — from chefs and cooks to growers, producers, writers and purveyors. We’re incredibly humbled that Harvest B and B Strong Meats will be part of this important archive — a reflection of the evolving Australian food landscape and our contribution to shaping its future. Being interviewed by Julie and included alongside such iconic names in Australian culinary history is a true honour. Thank you, Julie, for your generosity, curiosity and deep commitment to telling the stories that shape how Australia eats.
