The Graffiti Experiential team are back out this Easter long weekend delivering the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Pause Stops activations at 7 different locations across #regional Victoria. An important message from TAC CEO Tracey Slatter. Please make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep before hitting the road this weekend and take a pause every two hours. And if you see us, drop in for a free coffee, a rest and plenty of fun giveaways. #regionalvictoria #pausestops #fatigue #activation #experiential #roadsafetyawareness
As we head into the Easter weekend, we urge Victorians taking to the roads to plan ahead and get plenty of rest so everyone gets home safely. The call-out comes as, tragically, 84 people have already lost their lives on Victorian roads this year (as of April 15), with 51 of these on country roads. “We’re appealing to all Victorians to do everything they can to keep themselves and those they care about safe on the roads this Easter,” says TAC CEO Tracey Slatter. Our popular Pause Stop campaign will be present across the state, offering motorists a safe spot to rest and enjoy free tea or coffee, along with giveaways and activities. To avoid driving tired, motorists should get a good night’s sleep before travelling, allow plenty of time for their journey, plan a break every two hours and swap drivers where possible.
