Over our history, our long-standing relationships with key clients have been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions, overcoming challenges, and ensuring the continued success of our projects. This award is a testament to our teams living our values.
Thank you to our teams, clients, and partners. As we celebrate this achievement, we remain committed to strengthening our partnerships and delivering value for our clients, now and into the future.
The Project:
The Toowoomba Regional Council 2022 Flood Recovery Program, a $300M initiative funded through DRFA, successfully restored flood related damage to over 1,500 roads and 2,500km of road network in just 14 months.
The joint effort between Toowoomba Regional Council, Golding Contractors, Georgiou Group, and five local consultancies, delivered the project with a 20% cost saving, exceeded local spending targets, and provided extensive upskilling opportunities.
With a strong collaborative framework, innovative materials, and transparent processes, the project set a new benchmark for disaster recovery, benefiting both infrastructure resilience and the local economy.
