  • We recently marked a very special milestone for our second residential venture in Brisbane, 185 Wharf St, in up-and-coming Spring Hill. To celebrate construction commencement and acknowledge the cultural heritage of the site, Cbus Property recently hosted a Smoking Ceremony and sod turning for the project, construction and development team, alongside site workers and key stakeholders. We were privileged to have Tribal Experiences lead the Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country, honouring their peoples’ deep connection to Country and acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land. Gavin Grahame, Cbus Property’s Chief of Development, also shared the vision for 185 Wharf St. The first-of-its-kind development will feature 125 stunning residences, each delivering a modern take on the traditional Queenslander.
