Where are we Wednesday | Crow’s Nest Lawson House Our rope access technicians have been hard at work tackling complex reglazing issues uncovered during this project. After removing multiple layers of old sealant, we identified major defects, including incorrectly reglazed windows, partial reglazing, and cracked glass panels—posing both safety and water-tightness concerns. To ensure long-term integrity, we’re reglazing 61 aluminium fixed panel windows to meet AS1288-2021 standards, using 6.38mm clear A-grade safety glass. Another project where our façade inspections uncovered the underlying causes of the deterioration & water leaks that our client was experiencing. We were than able to recommend preventative measures to save our client the expense of future repairs.
