Earlier this month, our team had an amazing experience at the ISCon conference in Banja Luka. Tihomir Vincic, our Banja Luka Site Manager, and our Quality Manager, joined an engaging panel discussion on "𝘈𝑝𝑝𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘥𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘭 𝘜𝘴𝘦𝘳 𝘌𝘹𝑝𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦." The debate on product quality and standards in the automotive industry was truly insightful. Tihomir also delivered a powerful talk on "𝘔𝘢𝘹𝘪𝘮𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺: 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 W𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘭𝘰𝘢𝘥 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘖𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦-𝘋𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥 𝘝𝘦𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴," emphasizing the importance of strategic planning in boosting vehicle performance and efficiency. Our booth was full of energy as Dragana Veselinovic, Jelena Mijatovic, and Katarina Živković engaged with enthusiastic and curious students, shared insights about our products and culture, and handed out special gifts. A huge thank you to ISCon for organizing such a fantastic event. We can't wait to participate again next year! 🙌 #internship #opportunities #openvacancies #techjobs #software #students

All of us at TTTech Auto thank Dr. Dirk Linzmeier for his incredible leadership and team spirit! Reflecting on his journey as CEO of TTTech Auto since 2022, Dirk has been instrumental in driving our transformation and strengthening our position as a leader in platform products and services for Software-Defined Vehicles. 🚗 His vision and dedication have left a lasting impact, guiding us through significant milestones and innovation. We wish Dirk all the best in his next chapter and thank him for his exceptional contributions to our company's success. 🚀
This is my last post as CEO of TTTech Auto 🚗 and it is dedicated to my team. I will leave TTTech Auto at the end of March to start a new endeavor on April 1st. Since joining TTTech Auto in 2022, I had the privilege of working alongside an incredibly talented and dedicated team. Together, we have achieved remarkable milestones, driving the transformation of our company and solidifying our position as a leading provider of platform products and services focused on System, Safety, and Security for Software-Defined Vehicles. It was my most important goal to transform TTTech Auto and to help lead the company into the next phase, which will now happen together with NXP Semiconductors, after the transaction closes, which is expected to occur after receiving customary regulatory approvals. By establishing the Core Management Team (see photo) early 2024, my intention was to broaden the top leadership team to ensure faster decision making, better collaboration and continuity. I am more than confident that this team will lead the organization into a successful future. I am immensely proud of what we have accomplished together. Our collective efforts have led to significant growth and innovation within TTTech Auto. It has been an honor to lead such a dynamic and motivated team, and I am grateful for the support and collaboration I have received from everybody. Again, I am confident that this team will continue to thrive and, following the closing of the transaction, achieve even greater success in the future under the umbrella of NXP Semiconductors. After my departure, Stefan Poledna (see photo) will act as CEO and continues to be the CTO. Stefan is not only the co-founder of the company but also an industry expert and a truly great person. Hence, in my view, now is also the best point in time to let go and move on to my next chapter. I will miss you all and follow your continued success!
