I recently had the chance to share my experience with Claris, an Apple company: how I first came across FileMaker, how it became part of my daily work, and what this journey has taught me so far, both professionally and personally 👩💻 I’m really grateful for the opportunity to pause and look back, and to give something back to a community that has supported and inspired me over the years. I was in the airport this last week headed to Claris Engage when I got a call about setting up an interview with a top candidate. Although these calls are a regular part of my world, the urgency to get a top candidate into the process was palpable. The main reasons for the urgency - 1. The company is confident in it's growth and making investments in hiring before they are crazy inundated. 2. The candidate was highly enthused and aligned by the cultural pieces of the prospective company, not just a match for the skills in the job description. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: As the market heats up, having a trusted partner to articulate your company’s story is essential to attracting candidates who are both qualified and value-aligned, ensuring mutual success.
