iTOO Grad and Learner Alumni Event: Celebrating Career Pathways in Insurance Last week, we had the privilege of hosting our iTOO alumni - learners, interns and graduates from 2020 to present! This special gathering showcased the tremendous impact our programs have had in creating sustainable and fulfilling insurance careers. We were joined by our partner brokerages, law firms, loss adjusters and other insurance ecosystem allies who have been integral to making these initiatives possible. Each year, iTOO places learners with these partners, giving unemployed youth opportunities for full-time employment while they earn valuable insurance qualifications. Our Candidate Attorney program has been particularly successful, helping participants achieve admission as Attorneys of the High Court upon completion. We're incredibly proud that over 50 learners, graduates and interns have passed through our programs with an impressive 90% retention rate!
