Los Angeles, we stand with you now and will stay with you as long as it takes, so we can rebuild together. Keeping first responders and all those impacted safe and connected remains our top priority. Verizon engineers are working around the clock and have made significant progress in restoring connectivity that was impacted by commercial power loss. We are waiving prepaid and postpaid call/text/data usage incurred from January 9 - January 18 for customers, and Verizon retail stores in the area are available to the public for free charging and wifi. Congratulations to the International Institute of Communications (IIC) and Director General Lynn Robinson on a successful North America Forum! We were honored to host this two-day conference at our Washington, DC Technology and Policy Center, welcoming an outstanding lineup of speakers and delegates from across the United States and around the world to discuss, among other topics, supply chain, network security, broadband, spectrum, MVNOs, data governance, online content, digital services and AI. Will Johnson delivered a timely keynote, showcasing Verizon's advancements in #5G, #fiber, the accelerated growth of #FWA and the significant progress in scaling private networks.
