Here's how to build homes with no energy bills and get Zero Bills accredited: 1️⃣ Send us the site plan, showing the roof designs, for an initial review. 2️⃣ If it looks like the roof designs will work with Zero Bills, send us your full SAP calc sheets and we’ll run our Zero Bills assessment (for free!) to confirm the required solar generation. 3️⃣ Work with a solar installer to ensure you can meet the solar target (we can share some solar installer contacts if helpful). 4️⃣ Sign the accreditation agreement for buildings to the Zero Bills specification. 5️⃣ Sell your homes as Zero Bills, with a 10-year guarantee—offering buyers a home with no energy bills for a decade*!
