Last week, our Iron Mountain Data Centers Hyperscale team got together in Phoenix at our AZP-1 data center for three days of productive meetings, cross-team collaboration, and lots of quality time. From strategy sessions to team dinners, and even some friendly competition on the go-karting track - it was a short but memorable trip. Welcome to Gary Aitkenhead who joins Iron Mountain Data Centers as Executive Vice President and General Manager. Gary will lead commercial and operational activities for our Data Centers business globally, reporting to Mark Kidd, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Asset Lifecycle Management & Data Centers, and joins Iron Mountain’s Executive Team. Gary Aitkenhead, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Data Centers, said: “I’m honored to join Iron Mountain at a pivotal time in the data center industry. ✨ Celebrating the Spirit of Giving: 5th Annual Ramadan Distribution 🌙 As Ramadan came to a close last week, our APAC team is proud to have completed our annual Ramadan distribution last Friday. Our 5th time this year, we expanded our team to include our local partners - Convergint Asia Pacific, Peregrine Security (Singapore) and ASIS International (Singapore Chapter). Through corporate and personal contributions, we raised enough funds and distributed 200 essential grocery packs and 84 Iftar meals to families in need within the Toa Payoh estate in Singapore. It was truly heartwarming to see everyone come together to pack the grocery packs - a tired but incredibly rewarding effort by the end of the day. Thank you to our partners and volunteers for making this initiative possible. Your kindness and dedication continue to inspire! 🌟
