Residents showcased their operative skills using surgical simulators, cadaveric specimens, and sawbone models across orthopedic subspecialties during Hospital for Special Surgery's annual Surgical Games. Each station is proctored by faculty from the respective division, points are awarded for technical skill, procedural efficiency, and outcome quality. Residents are able to track their performance year over year to identify potential areas of improvement and to celebrate their development.
