  • Thrilled to share the launch of the 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 Programme at Manipur University, a FactShala Media Literacy Hub. Natasha Elangbam a certified FactShala trainer hosted a 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝘅 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 workshop for the students at the campus. This workshop will help the youth in #Manipur by increasing awareness of misinformation on digital platforms and teaching them how to identify. FactShala-trained individuals are more capable of protecting themselves from the negative impacts of inaccurate online information. This is the first step as well prepare to roll this programme in 50 colleges across India, by establishing FactShala Media Literacy Hubs. These hubs will empower students with critical information analysis skills, promoting informed decision-making and responsible information-sharing. Watch out this space as we share more stories.
