Your Team's Strengths

Your Team's Strengths

You've heard about 'using your strengths' well before. Most 'strengths talk' is about your own individual strengths.

Did you know you have unique strengths for your work teams as well? We recently went through some fun team exercises for a customer in Nebraska.

In this letter, we'll walk through how we helped to determine what their team strengths were.

They are a fun bunch. Each is unique. Each adds value to the organization. Each has individual strengths.

Our next step was to 'dig in' on what their team strengths were.

Most of them have worked together several years. They'd had time to learn to get to know each other the good and the bad.

This particular customer is a veterinary clinic in Nebraska.

To find their unique contributions, we went through a series of MBTI (or Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator) sessions. They did self assessments, online assessments, and 360 assessments
