Are you ready for relocation?

Only 11% of the inquired said that they're relocating because of career prospects. However, the main reason is the opportunity for calm and safe life for them and their families. It is no wonder that the programmers primarily look at the country during the considering new job. The lead countries for IT specialists are the U.S., Canada and the countries of EU. The countries of Asia and Eastern Europe and the Baltics are less attractive for the programmers. 

Nevertheless, we could not find the special correlation between marital status, age and readiness to relocate. Among those who have relocated (420 queues), 33.7% are those at the age of 32 and older, 22.9% are at the age of 29-32 and only 6.6% are at the age of 24 and younger. So, more experienced programmers are more frequently tend to relocate. 

Generally, the programmers look at the relocation in a down-to-earth way. It is interesting that only 26.3% of those who are thinking about relocation is determined to relocate, almost half of them (46.6%) are ready to relocate in a case of a good opportunity and 27.2% of them are not determined.
