Yicheng Automation 2025 First Quarter Production Process Quality Summary and Commendation

Optimize Quality and Implement Management

On April 9, 2025, Yicheng organized and held the "Summary and Commendation Meeting on the Quality of the Production Process in the First Quarter of 2025". Mr. Pan, General Manager of Yicheng Automation, heads of various production departments, and heads of the quality department attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Pan and the heads of the production and quality departments summarized and analyzed the situation in the first quarter from the aspects of production technology, product quality, equipment and facility guarantee, and production material supply, focusing on the relevant quality issues in the production process, and further promoted and optimized the quality management of the production process.

Based on the quality work summary report for the first quarter, Mr. Pan affirmed the production department's quality work and suggested improvement. At the same time, he required all departments to be problem-oriented, strengthen themselves in terms of technology, management, and other aspects, and resolutely implement the company's quality requirements. He reminded all departments to avoid slacking off in repetitive work and to manufacture high-quality products for our customers with a dedicated, responsible, and hardworking craftsman mentality.

Mr. Jiang reported on the work of equipment installation and personnel production and proposed that the quality awareness of on-site staff must be strengthened and the self-inspection ability of each production department must be improved.

Mrs. Wu reported on the equipment data, quality monitoring, and quality of special work during the production configuration process, and required all production departments to continue to implement production process quality management to further improve the company's product quality.

According to the comprehensive evaluation of production process quality management in the first quarter, Automation Business Department 4 and Automation Business Department 3 were selected as "Quality Outstanding Department" and "Quality Excellent Department" respectively with excellent comprehensive data. President Pan presented awards to the two outstanding departments on the spot.
