Workplace Wellbeing Academy News
The Academy has many contacts in Ireland and one of our Directors, Bill Cunningham MSc, FRSA, GMBPsS, MPsSI , does a lot of his work there, so this week we asked him to write an article marking the importance of Ireland's National Workplace Wellbeing Day, which is being celebrated this Wednesday (30 April).
Wednesday, April 30th, is a pivotal date in the Irish business calendar: National Workplace Wellbeing Day. More than just another awareness initiative, this day serves as a powerful reminder that employee wellbeing is not a luxury — it's essential for building resilient, thriving organisations.

National Workplace Wellbeing Day challenges businesses to pause, reflect, and recommit to creating supportive, healthy environments where people can truly flourish.
