Women in Tech Founders Leading the Charge in 2024
Recognition and appreciation are beneficial elements in a lasting, thriving workplace culture. Similar to how leadership goes past traditional management roles, acknowledging the contributions of others is a powerful tool for empowerment and motivation.
So today, as Women's Month comes to an end (at least on the business calendar!), it’s a perfect moment to say, “Thank you,” to the women driving AI and robotics forward.
Their dedication, resilience, and leadership not only shape the future of technology but also inspire countless women on their own entrepreneurial journeys to believe “I can do that too.”
That’s the power of representation!
And if you're an entrepreneur or founder, no matter what your background is, have you ever considered the impact of appreciation, and what that does for increased representation?
Either way, it never hurts to ask yourself:
→ When was the last time I expressed gratitude to women shaping technology?
According to Startup Genome, “Only 15% of tech startup founders are female.”
The statistic above probably doesn’t surprise you, but below are 6 incredible women breaking barriers to pursue their dreams, closing this technology gender gap in the process!

Thank you for joining me in honoring their remarkable contributions, and remember: just because Women’s Month is coming to an end doesn’t mean women’s contributions shouldn’t be celebrated and appreciated all year round.
When women win, we all win.
