Here are my Top 5 Signature Strengths for those who know me well or want to get to know me better. 1) PERSPECTIVE, 2) SELF-REGULATION, 3) HONESTY, 4) LOVE, and 5) ZEST. As a member of the board, I will contribute my own expertise in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurial and healthcare to further the mission “to advance the science and practice of character strengths to empower individuals and professionals with the knowledge, skill, and confidence they need to face life’s challenges, and to bring out what is best in themselves, their communities, and the world.”
I will be working closely with neal mayerson , Jeffrey Levy and the VIA Institute on Character team to develop and implement strategic plans that will help to grow the organization. I am also looking forward to working with the other board members, Neal Mayerson, Donna Mayerson , Sean Slovenski , Tom Sly , Jay Sharp, and Jan-Michele Kearney to bring new ideas and perspectives to the table. I believe that the work of VIA Institute is more important than ever, as we navigate the challenges of the 21st century. By focusing on character strengths, we can build more resilient, engaged, and successful individuals, teams, and organizations. I am honored to be a part of this important mission and look forward to working with the VIA team to make a positive impact in the world.
