Why don't organization give importance to Employee Experience?

Being associated with #CX space I can feel when business and people associated with it make moves which can hamper there customers experience adversely.

A few days ago I was in a car dealer showroom of #UnityHyundai at Connaught Place New Delhi waiting for my car to be delivered. Noticed an incident which can't ignore. One of the higher management personnel (don't know her name) was scolding her colleague (don't know the reason) badly. I felt really bad for the colleague not because he was being scolded but because this was done in front of the customers. I'd not have dealt with the situation the ways it was.

Put yourself in the customer's shoes and evaluate:

1. What'd be customers view on the incident?

2. What'd there experience?

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. I don't know how much importance you give to your customer's experience but (after this ) I'm very positive that employees experience doesn't have any values or to be very straightforward doesn't even exist. We focus on improving our CX but we forget to devote some time on EX (employee experience). EX is also very important for the company to grow because CX is everyone's responsibility. Even an employee belonging to the lowest level in the hierarchy adds value to CX and makes a huge impact.

Respect not only your customers but also your employees because they are the one who actually interacts with your valuable employees day in and out. Think twice when you are surrounded by customers about your move because one wrong move can jeopardise business, trust and most importantly overall experience!

A happy satisfied employee of your organization will always bring value to your business. He/she will make sure that the customer walks out with great experience as well as satisfied with the service/assistance being provided.
