Why do people learn so many languages while they can get a good job by master in one language?

Apart from project requirement people learn so many languages because of company.

  2. PayPal , Uber ,Courseera etc is using Node js so we should learn Node Js.
  3. Again Amazon,AWS is written in Java so we should go for Java.
  4. Angular js is using in front end of cricbuzz , cricinfo , udemy etc so why should not skilled in this. But which one , We have angular 1 to angular 6 in market
  5. But flipKart , amazon , aws is using react for front end , I thing I should go with this.
  6. Apple is using swift so we should know to develop apps in swift.
  7. Google announced Kotlin as official language for Android so we should learn kotlin.
  8. Facebook is more loveable for React Native so why should not learn it.
  9. ICMPC competition is all about speed and accuracy of code so we should start C/C++
  10. Github,Interviewbit is build on Ruby so I am going to learn this language too.
  11. Ohho Data Science , machine learning,NLP is future trend so I am going to learn python.

At last no company will ask you about the language. You just need to focus on Data Structure and Algorithm if you really want a job in Big Tech company.

If you see the coding interview question in leetcode , interview bit , career cup that's question is all about DS and algorithm. Every big tech company take suggestion of Gayle McDowell for their recruitment process and her books cracking the coding interview is all about DS and algorithm.

Instead of moving here and there with trend and create psycho in other candidate student should focus on ds and algorithm. You really don't know what will you do in your dream company. But this topic is basic and every one should know this.
