Why Certified Skills?

Skill what it means? we can define it as an ability to do some task after training or practice. Skills are something that can be acquired by learning. Learning skills related to our profession make us master in our fields. For example for a Web Developer he/she should have technical skills like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
