When Hiring is Heroic

Turns out there are lots of heroes in the world. Some come from unexpected places.

One group of heroes hail from organizations and staffing providers who form Heroic Partnerships, a topic I cover in my forthcoming book from McGraw-Hill. These partnerships are based upon mutuality: A belief that, for the relationship to succeed, each party must get its needs met. The organization gets the talent it needs when it’s needed. The staffing provider is equitably compensated for the value it provides.

The employees who go to work as a result of these partnerships are the ultimate winners. They're the ones who've referred to these organizations and staffing providers as heroes.
