In recent months, a lot of changes have occurred in Dynamics365 for her users.
One of the new features is Dimension statement data limitation, as this will only allow the user to run Trial balance Statement by dimension for only period of 31 days
The limitation of statements to thirty-one (31) days was as a result of many customers complaining of performance issues in their environment when running statements by dimension with the range above a month.
In the meantime, you can use a workaround called Trial balance with transactional details
Click the Home button or refresh the screen, then go to General ledger > Inquires and reports > Trial balance with transactional detail
